Our approach

One mission, three complementary strengths.

Khulisa brings together training delivery, compliance advisory and dedicated ISO quality expertise under one roof, rather than treating them as separate line items. Our leadership's combined experience across TETA, QCTO, Services SETA and LG SETA accreditation, plus ISO 9001/14001/45001 practice, shapes how we build the business from day one.

Leadership experience

Built on real credentials

Our director Thandeka Mfeka-Maphula holds an MBL and is a PhD candidate, with hands-on experience across QCTO, Services SETA and LG SETA accreditation and academic programme management. Combined with a TETA-registered assessor, moderator and facilitator, and an APPETD-certified ISO auditor, Khulisa is built on credentials that already exist rather than starting from zero.
